You Are Worth So Much More Than You Think
(A Reflection on Self Worth)
You are worthy. Not because others think so.
There’s a quiet voice inside all of us. The one that whispers, “You’re not good enough,” or “You don’t deserve more,” or maybe the one that cuts even deeper and says, “Nobody wants me.”
We’ve all heard it. Some of us grew up with it. Others were taught it through painful moments or relationships that made us question our value.
But here’s the truth. You were born worthy.
Self worth isn’t something you earn. It’s something you remember.
It’s the knowing, deep down, that you have value just because you exist.
Not because you do everything right.
Not because others approve of you.
And not because someone does or does not want you.
But because you’re human. Because you matter.
When self worth is missing, it can quietly shape our choices.
We might settle for less.
Stay silent when we want to speak.
Apologize for things that don’t need apologies.
Or question our right to be happy.
And yet, something incredible happens when we begin to reconnect with our worth.
Our voice grows stronger.
Our boundaries become clearer.
And slowly, gently, our peace starts to return.
For me, one of the ways I started to reconnect was through hypnosis.
Not as a fix, but as a gentle doorway inward.
It helped me peel back the layers and hear a different voice — one that said,
“You matter. You’ve always mattered.”
If you’ve been struggling to believe in your value, I want you to know it’s not your fault.
But you are allowed to unlearn those lies.
You are allowed to choose yourself.
And you are worthy of that choice, every single time.
With warmth
